Green Lawn does not let you know in advance that they will be performing service. Fortunately that last two times I happened to be home when they unexpectedly showed up. The technician who came prior to the last service date on October 19, and I had a conversation about the lawn problems I see and how I feel that the treatment isn't working. I watched him perform a thorough application on both the front and back lawn. I suspected that a thorough application wasn't being performed. That isn't what I observed the technician doing on October 19. I can only be explained as a "kiss and prayer" application. The last visit only reinforced my decision to end receiving services from Green Lawn.

Mr Newman did an excellent job aerating and seeding my lawn. Areas that were too small for the machine he hand seeded. Where there was little grass, he added extra seed. Cleaned off my sidewalk and driveway. Advised me to water once a day in the early morning. But what happened next made me so thankful that I chose this company with a man like Mr Newman. I was walking my dog and she slipped out of the harness. He sprang into action trying to help me catch her. Followed her over many yards trying to also keep her from getting hit by a car. He was great. Finally did catch her! I could not have been more grateful! So …..Greenlawn is a great lawn company but they employ people who are kind, caring and sooo helpful. My lawn looks great with their service but more importantly they employ people who take the time to save a beloved dog.My most sincere thanks! Nancy Hilton

So I’ve had this service for a few years. While the staff that services the lawn are always polite and friendly - our lawn hasn’t improved over the last 4 years. On a scale of 1-10 I would say when I began with the lawn service our lawn was a 4 and now I would say it’s 5. We have a sprinkler system and mow regularly. Their product just doesn’t work in my opinion. Can’t be the area because other neighbors have lawn treatment/service and their lawns look much better.

After I purchased the package the Rep stated that I would get a call the day before for a time frame. No call. I called the day before around 2/3 pm another Rep said I would get a call. No call. I called the morning of the service date requested. A third Rep apologized and said my acct wasn’t set up for notifications calls but Christian would call me before he came out. I was home all sat waiting. It’s my only day off and my first service so naturally I wanted to meet the guy and talk about what he was going to do and ask advice about my back lawn- which was never addressed. I came out my house around 430 pm to see a sign that he visited and sprayed pesticide on property that doesn’t belong to me. I will be calling today after work to find out where he actually sprayed and let them kno of my experience. This could have all been avoided by a simply phone call. Which I never got. Wasted my day waiting around and likely didn’t get the service I paid for and requested.

First time I used this type of service. Always promoting for you to spend more money on their products. I was the only house in my neighborhood that had their lawn treated and my lawn looked horrible. My grass was dead throughout the summer.

In my opinion this treatment should not have happened. The lawn is 90% covered in leaves. In his customer report he mentioned the leaves, but went ahead with the treatment. I would appreciate if nothing else was done to the lawn until the leaves are collected. Thank you
