Have been a customer over 3 years and until this year I would give a 5 star review. Last service was cancelled after 5pm on the day the service was to be done. Equipment breakdown - fully understand. Was to be serviced beginning of the following week - never happened. I waited another week and still no service, Had to call to find out it was forgotten about. During this time, I am also waiting to hear about my reward for having referred someone and they purchased your services. Nothing heard and they have already had an application done to their lawn I believe to be over a month ago. Back on the Phone to call and find out about that. Was told they would look into it and still haven’t heard anything. Two months ago I would have highly recommended your company. I no longer feel as strongly about doing that. I wouldn’t usually write something at all when I am not experiencing the level of customer service I have had in the past, but I can still remember the name of the gentleman that took care of me when I first inquired because he really seemed to want to help me and always answered my questions or concerns. His name was Kevin. I have no idea who John is, never met him and at least in the past, a new person doing the service would introduce themselves to you. Times have changed
