You came to aerate and sees my lawn without notification. I have sprinklers that could have been damaged but luckily we’re not n addition to I needed to cut the lawn the same day because it was pretty height and I could not wait to cut it. If I knew when you were coming I would have cut the grass the day before and marked my sprinklers so I wouldn’t have had to cut it right after you seeded. Then you came back two days later to spray for weeds and fertilize which would of been fine but my sprinklers had just gone off for the new seed as you showed up and you sprayed the wet grass right after they shut off which reduces the effectiveness of the application. This lack of communication has been consistent throughout my experience with your company I never know when you’re coming only after you show up. I feel the technicians just come and go without putting any interest in what is going on with the lawn and what they can do to make it even better than it is and the reports I get are just a generic response not necessarily detailed towards what is going on with my lawn.

Today we did your 7th treatment which includeds liquid fertilizer, and weed control. It can take between 7-14 day for the weed control to begin to show results some weeds might require multiple applicantion example (clover,wild violets) If you have any pets please wait 1-2 hours before for product to dry
