I was not impressed with the service. I never knew when a service was happening & multiple times it interfered with other work. One time a technician told my landscapers not to mow my lawn without telling me. One time a service was performed minutes before an obvious downpour & I had to call to have the service redone, which it was for free but had I not been home, I would not have known. I just spoke to Sarah & cancelled my service.
After 1 year of service it’s the Best our yard has looked in 10 years!
My 1st service was on March 17th & then nothing. I called on June 1st to inquire why no one had been out for a 2nd round? The woman was super nice & agreed. My service kept getting postponed for some reason. A guy finally came on June 3rd. He was here for about 15 minutes & left just before a torrential downpour. I hope the treatment works, and did not wash away, because there were a lot of clovers.
After a few years of awful results from a name brand service , our lawn has now been restored to its potential. Terrific responsive service... and most important.. great results!
Application of fertillizer, etc was fine. I had my backyard aerated and seeded last fall and still have bare spots in lawn. Your service provider toured the yard, but took no action nor did I see his inspection findings in the bill of service. So still unhappy. What's your side of the story?
