1) This year, there were areas that were missed and grew weeds, even after I had called a few times about these areas. Some of these areas were never done. I feel like the service does a quick non-thorough round with missing areas in the hopes that the client does not call about them, but will come back when called if noticed by the client. I found last year’s service to be of better quality. 2) I had also opted for the aeration and seeding which was performed, but very sparse seeding and the bald areas that needed the seeding now maybe have a few blades of grass. Many areas were missed. The price was good, but you need to be transparent about lower expectations. 3) Treatment timing has been an issue since you cannot schedule a specific preferred time. They just show up and perform even when not home. I would have like to meet the person and show him where the areas where they keep missing. 4) Phone customer service was always pleasant and they were always positive, upbeat and made commitments/assurances to get the missed areas, but the actual treatments fell short. 5) Would overall rate a “B-“ and understand not to expect thoroughness, but at a decent price if willing to opt for that level of service. 6) I apologize for this review, just sharing my experience this year.
