Drove up as tech was treating lawn. Met when leaving paperwork. He never got information I gave to office yesterday on areas not treated. Immediately addressed and thanked me . Very positive feeling left. Not impressed with Office as I marked bill and included note to contact me which did not happen. Add to that after talking with staff if was not home it would not have happened. I can go back to Trugreen save much money and get poor service. Why pay premium for poor response????
