Everything was great, told technician the previous service not to touch anything on the newly planted grass, and that we had an invisible fence put in and to stay 3 feet away from it. Well, I found out right as he was leaving that he cut the fence wire because he rolled directly over it. I found out from my girlfriend that he also treated the new grass this most recent visit, which he was directed not to do. Everything else had been great with the service, but I was disappointed that the directions I gave were not followed
