Very convenient but don't believe 7 applications are necessary and will look for reduced number next year. Also, no advance notice when application will be made to coordinate with lawn cutting.

Our dog recently got sick and the Dr. blamed the lawn company products which of course was music to my wifes ears. This caused me and Eddie some problems in changing how i signed up and trying some different stuff. Which Eddie handled well.

Hello, my name is William today I came to your property in upon inspection. The lawn is still suffering from red thread disease and now I noticed some brown patch disease. This is more than likely caused by Joel mower blades, which is indicated on the tips of the grass with a shredding brown discoloration patter, giving a white tint to the surface of the lawn. When that happens the lawn becomes week or more susceptible to the disease that is present on the lawn and lawn feeding insects. I strongly recommend having the person that cuts your lawn, sharpen the blades on the mower to help counteract this problem. For the diseases that are present in the lawn, it is starting to mutate and grow further. You need a fungicide application to eradicate this disease, and bring back the natural health and good color to the lawn, otherwise the diseases would continue to grow and spread further into the lawn. Those are the major concerns that I noticed today, I applied your second round application
Hello, my name is William today. I came to your property to do your first application with us upon inspection of the lawn. There's large areas of weeds and heavy broadleaf weeds that once treated today will die off in the next two weeks and become thin bare spots due to minimum grass growth underneath. In the backyard is all moss and weeds. The weeds in the back will die off in two weeks. My recommendation to improve the lawn, would be an aeration and seeding application and fall before. Then I would recommend raking up the moss in the backyard and trimming back some of the tree line to allow sunlight to reach the soil in the back. I looked into the reasoning of your bare areas. Upon investigation, it appears the soil is too compact for our aeration and seeding to be effective. I've taken pictures, and will be showing my manger at the end of the day. We are not 100% sure what the fix is at the moment, but we will be reaching out. However, I did notice dull mower, blade, indications from the tip of the grass blade, being in a shredded brown, discolored pattern to fix this have the blades on the lawnmower sharpened, and I will correct the problem. With dull blades, the lawn becomes weaker and more susceptible to insect and disease. I did notice around the base of the tree in the front yard. Hey bear area I'd recommend putting some topsoil down in that section and mixing Ingrassia as well as, some portions in the backyard as well. Hello, my name is William today came to your property for your round for application and like we had discussed I inspected the back lawn that had some thinned out/ bare areas the lawn in the back section where the lawn is receding, is very compact and starting to crack due from drought to fix this problem, I'd recommend putting topsoil down in those areas that the grass is no longer growing in and applying grass seed with the topsoilmixed in, this will allow the grass to route properly into the topsoil and then down into deeper soil beneath watering these areas where the crack dried out soil is very important so the roots do not suffer damage. I checked to see if it was any type of insects and did not find any upon inspection there are some seasonal grass, such as pull a new one that I found as well throughout the lawn, and that could also be another factor on why the areas are not growing grass. Hello, my name is William today I came to your property to do your round four application and upon inspection I noted some red thread disease mainly in the backyard. To fix this allow the grass to grow longer than normal, which will have the red thread disease grow out with the stock of grass and on your next cutting cycle bag all clippings in dispose of off the lawn to stop the spread of the disease I would also recommend watering the areas of discoloration to dissipate the amount of mycelium. That does not work or strongly recommend a fungicide application to eradicate the disease and bring back the natural health and good color to the lawn I made sure to treat the entire property today. Hello my name is William I came to do you're fourth round application today and upon inspection of the lawn the red thread disease I mentioned in previous services is starting to overwhelm the back lawn to get rid of this disease you will need at least 2 fungicide application to eradicate the disease and bring back the natural health and good color to the lawn. If gone untreated it will begin to grow further and turn into a brown patch disease which will negatively effect the lawn. I treated the entire property today and like we had discussed on the phone for the tree and shrub service we can only reach so far with the hose line for that service which will be around the main portion around the house front back and sides the price for that would be 165-190 per application for perennials, trees and shrubs.
