Customer stated that toilet we repaired wasn’t flushing properly. Found that flapper chain was too loose and when handle was pushed down, flapper wasn’t getting high enough to get a good flush without holding it down. Adjust a chain and tested and now toilet is flushing properly and also didn’t notice toilet running at this time. Recommended to customer if issue keeps happening to replace the toilet.
