Customer states that the sink in the coffee break room isn’t draining properly and backs up after a certain amount of water is ran or poured in the sink. Upon arrival I contacted the customer and they explained the unit they are in and the person out front showed me the coffee break room and how she would pour water in the drain and it would back quickly. I ran water from the faucet and it took about 15 seconds for it to back up which tells the issue is not the p trap but further down the drain. Contacted the customer again and explained my findings and the solutions and he stated that it’s too expensive just to snake a drain line and would only like to pay the service fee. I asked what would be a reasonable amount and he stated that he could find better options and simply wanted the service fee which I gave the customer and he agreed to pay it.
