Upon arrival customer stated that there was a wet spot on the celling and the master bathroom was above that. I cut a hole in the celling and ran the shower to see if I could see where the leak was coming from. I could not get anything to leak but on further examination I found that if water got outside of the shower it started showing up in the room below. When I went to go take a picture of the water heater I found that the tankless is leaking and I informed the customer. I gave customer estimate. Customer approved estimate to replace both tankless. Before I went and picked the tankless up the customer informed me that she need to leave by 2:30. I informed the customer I would not be able to get done before then. Customer stated her husband would call the office and get it scheduled for a different day.
