Customer stated that there was a leak on recirculation pump. Took a look and also tested house, water pressure and found that water pressure was right at 80 psi. Recommended to customer to have recirculation pump replaced and properly installed and as well as replace the PRV and install the thermal expansion tank. Customer agrees, so went ahead and shut water off to home. Remove the existing recirculation pump and furnished install. Installed new one with new check valve and boiler drain. Also furnishing installed new PRV and thermal expansion tank. Turned water back on and tested. Bled all air from system and tested. No leaks were present at this time and set water pressure to about 65 psi. Cleaned up work area.
