Customer stated toilet over flowed upon arrival. She stated the toilet was clogged and she plunged it but noticed water dripping through the ceiling onto the cabinet. Flushed toilet multiple times and ran tub to make sure the line was clear. Unscrewed clean out cap and could hear the water flowing. Informed customer her plunging had cleared the blockage.
