This customer called us out to replace a showerhead because the showerhead continued to drip and drip and drip however, that was not the issue. The issue at hand was the factor of the shower cartridge then needed to be replaced. It was a specialty cartridge that Home Depot, Lowe’s or any big box store wouldn’t carry so I had to run over to the Dixie supply house in Marietta to get the part. The part is a price phisfter shower cartridge that pulls out I was able to obtain that cartridge and put it back in. Also went ahead and replaced the handle with it so it would be all nice and brand new following that put the trim plate back together and re-caulked the trim plate in bright white and once complete there are no leaks. CUSTOMER is all set. The water pressure on the house is 60 psi and the water heater is from last year. We installed it
