Customer had a main stoppage on her sewer line in the yard. Attempted to run camera first and was unable to obtain visibility due to the nature of the blockage. Ran a sewer machine to cut out the roots. Reinspected the line with the camera and found a large root intrusion at the tap. Recommended digging and repair the section and installing a cleanout for the city to inspect where a utility went through the 6 inch line further down. Installed a popper for the cleanout in the meantime.
