For this customer they had a weird connection for the hot water, it went from a 1/2 line to a galvanized 1/2 tee coming to two 3/8 compression supply lines. I cleaned up the fittings and added a new speedy valve followed by a 3/8 compression tee and add the supply lines that way. Once I installed those fittings there is no leaks. Wasn’t able to look at the water heater due to being in the basement(locked) water pressure is at 60 psi, once installed there are no leaks
