Recommend, to have our water restoration partners come out to take a look at the damage, the water damage is the vicinity of the tub. I did do a shower cartridge replacement on that tub for a Moen valve so therefore we took the trim off of the Moen valve to see if there was any leaks behind the wall that we could see. However, I did not smell or see any water leaking out of the valve and the cartridge so the repair that I completed has no issues however, I think it is a factor of the tub of being filled up too much and splashing around. The customer also requested that I did not put the trim back for the shower because he would like to monitor it so we put all the parts and pieces in a Ziploc bag.
