Client called us out today due to them having some backing up issues with their main sewer line outside, backing up into basement bathroom tub and toilet. We pulled toilet and ran camera the entire length of our reel 140’ and got just about right to the city main line running along the back of the properties just in front of the pond. There was a blockage I couldn’t get past at the city tie in and clients portion of the line is still cast iron and had a good bit of scaling in the pipe which was catching paper and would cause a clog. We did find an old clean out in the backyard. We got the jetter and first jetted the line from the toilet out to the clean out outside. Then put jetter in the clean out and towards the main. We had some trouble, but after a minute we were able to get whatever was blocking that line cleared out and we could clearly see where the clients line fed into the main. We removed all the scaling and clients cast iron looks fairly good for the age. No major issues. Vi
