Performed work as outlined and approved the estimate. During the repair, additional issues were discovered further downstream of the sewer line beyond the section replaced by us. The customer was informed of the findings and presented with multiple repair options. The customer requested an estimate to replace the remaining portion of the sewer line from the completed repair towards the street. The customer approved, leaving the excavation open while she reviews estimate and makes a decision over the weekend. Original issue with Sewer line was repaired.
