Call to reconnect sink and components after new countertop install. Arrived and met with Ms. Christina and Keith. New countertops were installed, but plumbing was left off. Further, the hot side shut off valve was leaking a moderate amount. When inspecting existing components and install request, I found: Faucet was a new glacier bay single handle pull down style. All components present and undamaged. Garbage disposal had rust on both organic collar, and the mounting bracket. Gasket was dry rotted. Shut off valve needed to be rebuilt, and debris removed. Drain lines are copper, and were configured for double basin shallow sink. I installed provided faucet. Rebuilt hot side shut off valve, removed gasket debris and cleaned threads. Returned water service to home. Installed new garbage disposal and mounting bracket. Direct wired unit in, and replumbed drain line to accommodate single basin deep sink.
