Customer had low flow in a lavatory faucet and a poorly flushing toilet. Gave price to replace lavatory stops because they didn’t appear to be holding, and rebuild toilet with new fill valve, flapper, and supply line. Performed all work as stated and found no issues with work performed. Tested the hot side lavatory faucet and still have bare minimal flow. Took apart and found failed American standard lavatory cartridge. Put a temporary rubber cap on as a courtesy. Left price to replace water heater and copper gas supply since heater is 10 years old.
