Remove old sink and faucet. Install customer supplied vanity and lavatory faucet. Chen plumbing won’t be responsible for damages to tile. If any additional work is needed there will be an additional charge Unthread galvanized nipples and thread in brass nipples with new services valve. Also rework section of drain. Shut water off to home and removed old sink. Also cut a section of drain out. Replaces section of drain with pvc piping. Unthreaded old galvanized service valves and installed new ones. Installed customer provided vanity and lavatory faucet. Turned water back on and tested work. No leaks present at this time. Cleaned up work area. No warranty on customer supplied parts and also no warranty on galvanized connections due to age of pipe.
