For this customer we did the annual inspection for plumbing. Everything in the home was mostly great other than two things that I pointed out to the homeowner, the basket strainer and the vacuum breaker on the back hose Bibb needed to be either replaced and or installed, so therefore I have solutions to take care of the those items, today. She approved the work and we got started. Replaced the basket strainer and the vacuum breaker once both of them we installed there was no leaks. Also mentioned to the homeowner, that the angle stops for the hot and cold underneath the sink were a little tight, and recommended to keep an eye on them. Added water heater and main shut off tags, along with an updated water heater flush record, to indicate when it needs to be serviced again. Water pressure 60 psi.
