Customer stated that appliance guy came out and said that washing machine drain was backing up. Tested and didn’t notice any backing up but did hear water filling up and drain. Recommended a customer to have snake ran through drain and customer agreed. Went ahead and ran cable snake through drain and cleared stoppage and tested afterwards. Ran water through drain and also ran a cycle and didn’t notice any backing up at this time. Cleaned up work area and Chen plumbing doesn’t warranty drain cleaning.
