Annual home inspection upon arrival. Customer is a member and wanted to have the annual inspection and the camera inspection done. After completing both inspections informed customer we noticed the pressure high and the thermal expansion tank was no longer working properly. Informed customer we could replace the PRV and the expansion tank. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new PRV and set the pressure to 65, also installed new expansion tank. Turned water back on to check for leaks. Found no leaks.
