Found leak on blue poly pipe 2 feet in front of meter replaced and use proper adapters to adapt to pipe. Work is thoroughly tested and complete. Polybutylene (PB) pipes are a widely recognized defective material prone to brittleness, deterioration, and sudden failure. Due to the inherent flaws in this material, any repairs made to PB pipes are inherently unstable. Even the area of the pipe repaired may develop new leaks or fail again, as the material itself cannot reliably maintain its integrity. We strongly recommend replacing all polybutylene piping, as repairs to this material are only temporary solutions and do not address the underlying issues. We are not responsible for any additional leaks that occur, whether within the immediate repair area or elsewhere in the system, nor for any property damage resulting from such leaks. If additional leaks are identified after our initial repair, separate pricing will apply for any further repairs
