Homeowner and her father state that they purchased a new fridge for the kitchen and when the install crew moved the old fridge the ice maker angle stop was leaking so they called us to fix the issue. Upon arrival the father greeted me on driveway and explained the situation and showed me to the kitchen area. I could see they had a towel down and had shut off the water in crawl space. I did my inspection and found that the expansion tank was blown and the PRV was very old. I offered some solutions to them and they opted to install a new ice maker box PRV and shut off and finally a new expansion tank. I began with removing the old angle stop and cut the back wall to install the ice maker box and drilled a hole down to the crawl space and feed new pex pipe and connected it to the CPVC line. Then I moved to the main shut off and removed it along with the PRV and installed a pex adapter and ran new pex pipe with a new PRV and main shut off. They opted to simply replace the expansion tank an
