Job Checkin

Customer had a sewage ejection pump that was taking long cycles. Customer said it isn’t consistent and has no rhyme or reason for the long cycles. Ran multiple cycles and had normal cycles for the pump. Ran another cycle to put a lot of water in the line and didn’t see any indication of a blockage in the drain the discharge ties to. Ran both bathrooms above and had no water coming back down the vent. Pulled the pump and ensure the float is unobstructed and the grinder is clear. Replaced the section of 2 inch threading into the pump and redrilled a higher weep hole to ensure no airlock is occurring. Found the check valve was broken. Replace the check valve. Hooked the pump back up and it ran with no issue. Resealed the lid and informed customer if it happens again we will need to just replace the pump. Left quote to correct high pressure.
