Customer had a whole house stoppage. Observed multiple toilets gurgling when water is ran. Checked the outside cleanout and it was backed up to the top of the cleanout. Attempted to run flex shaft and couldn’t clear the stoppage. Informed customer that roots were pulled back on the flex shaft and that jetting would be necessary. Customer approved pricing for the jetter. Cautioned customer that jetting roots is a temporary measure and can last anywhere from an hour to a year. Made sure the point of jetting was understood for the line to be clear enough to inspect and price a repair. Ran jetter and was able to punch a hole in the stoppage to drain the line down. Performed camera work and found that the stoppage was occurring about 30 feet down the line in SDR piping. A 45 after another 45 degree turn was observed to be apparently broken due to pipe fragments mixed in with the roots. Jetted appeared to be exiting the pipe in the same spot due to multiple turns in quick succession and coul
