Client called us out due to a couple old wall hung toilets not quite flushing like they would like. The upstairs toilet was flushing but it swirled for a second before flushing. The downstairs toilet barely flushed once, then didn’t flush the 2nd time. Drains are cast iron for that bathroom and most the rest of the house including the sewer line. Advised client to replace both of those toilets then to have us run the sewer camera down the old cast iron sewer line to inspect for issues. Also home water pressure is 95 psi which is too high. Safe range is 50-79 psi. Gave estimates for all work discussed, will credit back service fee off of any work done.
