2xSupply and Install RHEEM 50 Gallon Gas Tall Water Heater: Remove and disconnect the existing water heater. Install new 50-gallon gas tall water heater supplied by Chen Plumbing in the current location. Installation includes setting a new drip pan (if pan fits in accessible space) and installing a thermal expansion tank to regulate system pressure. A full-port ball valve will be installed on the cold water supply line to improve flow and allow for easier maintenance. The new unit will be connected to the existing gas system, and the burner assembly will be lit to ensure proper ignition. Venting will be inspected and adjusted or replaced as needed for safe operation. Warranty: This installation is backed by a 2-year labor warranty, covering our workmanship, and a 6-year parts warranty on the water heater itself.
