For this customer, the major complaint was BROWN water coming out of the faucet, hot and cold however, I am to determine if it is hot and cold however, I did do a bucket blast on the water heater to see if it is related to the water heater and brown water came out of the drain line for the water heater so therefore I recommended to get that water heater replaced and potentially the main waterline replaced along with it as well furthermore, the customer is having a problem with his disposal so therefore I made him a estimate with the cost for a new water heater and the cost for a new disposal all in one and that is my recommendation to get fixed at this time. The customer wants to wait. He has other bills to pay as of right now so therefore he can’t attend to this issue right now.
