Customer had concerns that toilets were running. Customer had concerns that the flappers needed to be replaced. Informed customer that there are no flappers in the tanks and that they are both pressure assisted toilet tanks. Informed customer that there was no evidence of the toilets running. Also informed customer that even if the toilets were running, that the main issue is the drains backing up when water is introduced. Left price to replace both pressure assisted tanks if they want to move forward with repairing the pressure assisted tanks still.
