Furnish and install new Prv with a high pressure Prv. Also install new thermal expansion tank and tmp for water heater. Also install new tank shut off valve. *given age of water heater, heater may leak due to having to drain it to make repairs* Returned and shut water off to home. Remove old PRV and furnish and install installed new high-pressure and regular PRV. Also removed both thermal expansion tank and shut off valve for water heater and replaced with new thermal expanse tank and new shut off valve. Also reworked waterlines on top of heater and near PRV. Turn water back on and tested. No leaks were present at this time. Reason why customer was having higher water bill and gas bill was because TMP was leaking causing water heater to be using gas to heat water more than what it should be and also high water bill because water was constantly running. Cleaned up work area. Set water pressure to about 65 psi If water heater itself, starts to leak Chen plumbing will not be responsible
