Customer stated there was leak under icemaker cabinet. Went ahead and removed sheet rock and didn’t notice any water leaks. Did find that drain wasn’t in drain hole so went ahead and extended drain piece to go into drain hole. Stated to customer that the drain was going onto the floor, which was causing the sheet rock to soak it up. Cleaned up work area. Also stated to customer that building pressure is above 80 psi and will recommend to contact property manager to get pressure issue addressed to prevent future leaks. Will send estimate to install new PRV.
