Upon arrival customer stated the master bathroom was leaking into the garage. I had tenant run water in the bathroom and I was not able to get anything to leak. After further examination I found if water got where the tub spout and handles are for the hot and cold water that the water was under them and leaking into the garage. I informed the customer and customer stated to ask the tenant to try there best not to get water on them so it did not leak into the garage.
