The buyer requested us to come out and give him some solutions and look at the plumbing for the property he is interested in buying. Upon arrival buyer greeted me on driveway and showed me the home and what he wants done which is add a new garbage disposal and convert the tub/shower three handle to a single handle. I did my inspection and found that the gas line for the GWH is copper and severely restricted bent at the shut off and he needs new shut off as well as to remove some old abandoned pipe. I found a leak from a cold 1/2 copper line that is leaking at the elbow and the laundry drain line is completely deformed at the first 3 inches and they need a new whole home shut off. Buyer states that he is said to close the first of December and will let us know when he wants it done after closing.
