Customer had AGL and an appliance company out multiple times to determine why stove couldn’t run at the same time as the gas top. AGL determine this due is with the regulator valve with emergency shutoff. Appliance company found no issues with the appliances. Gave price to replace and repair the issue as stated with previous diagnostic.
