Job Checkin

Came out today to complete the work previously quoted. We repiped the newly installed by another contractor nat gas water heater, adding new ball valve shutoff and proper support for the thermal expansion tank per code. Got rid of the 2 leaky valves by the water heater on cold side. We also got rid of the copper gas line as it is not allowed anymore, and replaced with a coated gas flex per code. The water pressure on the home was over 100 psi with the safe range being 50-79 psi. To resolve this issue, we replaced the failed pressure reducing valve in that same room as the water heater with new 3/4” watts pressure reducing valve, and set home pressure to 60 psi. As far as the leaking ice maker line from before. I pulled the fridge out to see what would be needed to run a new line for the ice maker, and found the old copper line was capped and not hooked up to anything. No further work needed there until client decides they want to add an ice maker box/shutoff. All work has 1 yr war
