Customer was concerned that the hot water was running out after 30 minutes of hot water. Customer had concerns that the tank installed was a 50 when she had a 65 previously. Informed customer the two options was either a 50 or an 80 and the 65 gallon is right between that. Due to the cost difference in the 50 and the 80, as well as space on that platform with the prv there, the 50 was recommended and the customer wasn’t expecting informed if it was an issue that a mixing valve could be given as an option later for functionally more hot water. Ran a lavatory faucet for 30 minutes and temp at the faucet dropped from 120 to 109.5 in the span of a half hour. First hour rating is 63 gpm for the water heater and it is working 8n the normal parameters. #chenplumbing
