Braulio is by far the best plumber we’ve ever had. He was very communicative through the whole process, informing us every step along the way. His knowledge, thoroughness and attention to detail were above par and we can’t thank him enough for his professionalism. His outstanding customer service is the reason we chose Chen plumbing for another job a few days later and will continue to choose Chen plumbing in the future. But if he leaves, we’re going with him!
