Came out to this CUSTOMER‘s house to do a maintenance scheduled service went throughout the house and took a look around. Everything was looking good. Took a look at one of the showers and the Moen cartridge is a little stiff with a handle turning. I recommended to keep an eye on it and potentially end up replacing the cartridge at some point in addition to that everything else looks good. We had installed the water heater last year. The customer opted out on flushing the heater. He wasn’t interested on flushing it so therefore we did not provide that service along with doing a scope of the sewer line because there wasn’t an accessible clean out that I could source so therefore we did not do the scope report. At this time, the customer has no further issues or any issues at all.
