We also installed a more accessible ground level valve. Applied new insulation and sealed around pipe. When attempting to cut through concrete we found excessive rebar. We adjusted plan and installed new tamper proof hydrant and resealed with new hydraulic cement and waterproof sealant. Tested all functions, gave hydrant key to Nate.
