Customer had an electric tankless that isn’t heating water properly. Informed the customer that we do not service or install electric tankless units. Customer has been in the home for at least 5 years, age of the heater is unknown. Pressure is 60 psi. Recommended installing a tank style heater in the crawlspace below. Customer will need an electrician to install an electrical hookup in the crawlspace for a tank style install. There is no gas running to the home for any gas water heating options.
