Customer called us out to install toilet and replace stop valve, while looking at toilet, we found major cracking on backside of toilet informed customer of what we found. Also informed customer to not use toilet due to crack becoming worse, customer opted to pull toilet, however when we pulled toilet, we also found flange broken in multiple areas informed customer of what we found in next steps to fix it.
