Customer had a stain in the ceiling in the living room. Customer noted the stain after the shower was used for an extended period of time. Inspected the bathroom topically and noted trim that needs to be caulked for the shower. Informed customer the only way to know for sure is to cut the drywall. Cut the drywall and found the affected area is directly below the lavatory faucet drain above. Ran water extensively, flushed toilet, and ran the shower and was unable to recreate any leaks. Was unable to find any concrete evidence of additional water damage in the ceiling. Put plastic over the cut in the event that water shows back up so that we can perform further diagnosis (if water shows up in the plastic we will not charge additional diagnostic if the water is in the area of the affected cut). Also left customer a quote for a new water heater (heater is 25 years old) per customer request. Replaced prv and set house pressure to 61 psi due to previous high pressure (125 psi). Tested all wo
