Customer stated that they are selling home and inspector found a few plumbing issues. Looked over inspection to see what inspector flagged and gave customer quote to make repairs. We ahead and upstairs on main floor hall bath clear sink stoppage. Now sink is drain fine. Also in laundry room repaired leak under laundry sink. Tested and no leaks were present at this time. Downstairs in basement bathroom under lavatory faucet reworked drain and installed new ptrap. Tested and no leaks. Also replaced thermal expansion tank and installed new bracket. No leaks were present at this time. Cleaned up work area. Chen plumbing doesn’t warranty drain cleaning.
