Came out today to perform the previously quoted cast iron repipe for clients 2 bathrooms in the home. Day 1 we did the back bathroom which was the problem bathroom. Got all the old cast iron dropped, then started running the new pvc drain lines to the 3 fixtures and vent, supported by plastic pipe straps. Pulled the toilet and replaced the flange, and we replaced the tee upstairs for the lavatory with a new ptrap. Sat the toilet back down then tested all work for front bathroom. All work was flowing as it should be with no leaks. Day 2 we did the exact same thing for the front bathroom as the back. Dropped all the old cast iron, then ran the drains similar to how they were originally, EXCEPT, instead of that front bathroom running all the way to back of home to tie in, we tied it into the 4” PVC main directly below that front bathroom with a 4”x3” combo fitting. Once all work was done, we put toilet down on new flange, and tested all our work. Everything is flowing as it should with
