Buyer and realtor stated that they need a few plumbing repairs and wanted some solutions. After arriving they greeted me and showed me inside the home they are purchasing and had several questions regarding plumbing repairs they also were told the sewer line was holding water/grease or both and wanted a solution for a 10 ft repair. After doing my initial inspection I found several issues and gave the buyer and realtor the solutions and they decided to only do the sewer camera inspection. The other issues include two old puncture saddle valves that need to be removed on 3/4 copper pipe, new main water shut off valve, two expansion tanks were installed and one of them is blown, the GWH gas line is copper and touching the vent pipe, the garbage disposal no longer works and needs replacing, the two hose bibs need replacing one of them leaks and the master bathroom shower leaks from the pan which the entire shower needs to be replaced. Ran the camera thru the basement clean out and to the o
