Customer needed a kitchen faucet installed, a garbage disposal installed, and a dishwasher installed post kitchen remodel. Customer also needed drains reconnected below as well as a new sink strainer for the second compartment on the sink. Informed customer Chen Plumbing doesn’t do dishwasher installs. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found. Was unable to get pressure gauge on heater and there was no hose bib for the unit. Confirmed the building is regulated by a community prv.
